He obtained Bsc (Hons) in Physiotherapy as well as Education and Sports Science degrees prior to graduating with Masters from McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Oxfordshire, UK. He was honoured to receive a Research Prize by the Royal College of Chiropractic for his investigation into the effects of chiropractic adjustment on sensorimotor function of the hand
